"MOOgallo"

Ron Fikes from Palo Alto Ca. (A good contributor to this sight) sent in these photos of his MOOgallo and their flying site for our May Meeting.   I tried another version of this design, but with a geared 280 and a three bladed prop - Terrible! It glides well but when you slowly advance power, it snap-rolls into the dirt. The original has lots of right thrust but I don't think there is enough right thrust in the world to correct this - back to a small, direct drive motor. I do have plans done for the "MOOgallo", $5 including postage in the US." Ron
